User Agreement

This User Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and applies specifically to your use of Arcana's compliance, review, comparison, drafting, and document-adoption features (“Compliance Features”).

Arcana is compliance software — not a law firm, barrister, solicitor, or regulated legal adviser. Nothing on the platform is legal advice. No solicitor–client or fiduciary relationship is created. Outputs do not replace review by a qualified legal practitioner licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

Reviews, comparisons, drafts, chat responses, and adopted document changes are generated using artificial intelligence and automated rules. They may contain errors, omit important clauses, misstate the law, or reflect training cut-offs. Statute citations and compliance scores are indicative only — not certifications of compliance.

You alone are responsible for: (a) verifying every output before reliance, execution, signing, filing, or disclosure; (b) ensuring documents meet your facts, jurisdiction, and regulatory requirements; (c) obtaining independent legal advice where appropriate; and (d) decisions made using the platform. You must not represent AI output as guaranteed compliant without professional review.

Drafts and amended documents produced through Arcanaare starting points only. When you use “Adopt” or similar features, you instruct the system to modify text in your uploaded files. We do not guarantee preservation of formatting, logos, or legal effect. You are solely liable for any loss, dispute, regulatory action, or claim arising from documents you download, sign, send, or rely upon — whether or not they originated from or were modified by Arcana.

We do not warrant that use of Arcana will result in compliance with any statute, regulation, court rule, industry standard, or contract obligation. Governing-law selection affects analysis but does not guarantee accuracy for your specific matter.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Owaverse Ltd from claims arising from your use of Compliance Features or reliance on any output, except where such release is prohibited by law.

By accepting this User Agreement in the application, you confirm that you understand these limitations, will not hold Owaverse Ltd liable for professional or commercial outcomes of your use of generated or modified documents, and will indemnify us as set out in the Terms of Service for related third-party claims.
