Owaverse Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates Arcana. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use our website and application.

Account data: name, email, phone, organisation name, password (stored hashed), and role. Usage data: analyses run, features used, IP address, device/browser type, and logs. Content data: documents you upload, matter metadata, chat prompts, and AI outputs generated for you. Payment data: processed by our payment provider when you subscribe — we do not store full card numbers.

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, enforce limits, send transactional email (verification, notifications), process documents through AI analysis, comply with law, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

To deliver review, comparison, drafting, and assistant features, document text and prompts may be sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers (e.g. model hosts, cloud hosting, email delivery). We select providers with appropriate security measures and limit processing to what is needed to operate the service.

We retain account and matter data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion or we must retain records for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account by contacting hello@owaverse.com.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you upload sensitive legal documents at your own risk and should apply your firm's security policies.
